The SlimLine, the HD or SM duplex, and the TM tubular. Because of their ability to withstand multiple traffic hits at up to 80mph, the FlexStake HD, SM, and TM have been approved by the FAA for use on runways and taxi strips. At speeds up to 80mph, these posts can be run over by a plane without damage to landing gear or post. SM700 and HD600 duplex posts (both ground and surface mounts) were designed for high impact locations. Both posts can take multiple high speed traffic run-overs without damage. TM750 tubular posts (both ground and surface mounts) were designed for areas where maximum 360 degree visibility is required. SlimLine posts and signs (see below) are more appropriate for marking baggage cart and pedestrian traffic. SlimLine is particularly useful as a barrier to unauthorized traffic. If closely spaced, they appear impassable, but official vehicles can drive over them without damage to post or vehicle. All FlexStake posts are UV stabilized to give years of service in all weather. Posts are available in heights from 1½ to 5 ft. above ground in any of six standard colors. Any pattern of reflective sheeting (in high intensity or engineering grade) can be installed to meet customer requirements.
