STAR Macro Deck Concrete Penetrating Sealer DOT tested specialty penetrant & saturant system. Specifically developed to protect concrete structures; bridge decks, superstructures, and control barriers. STAR Macro Deck penetrates into the concrete profile and quickly forms a rubber matrix network inside the physical concrete structure. It will not allow water, deicing salts, and other damaging elements from penetrating into the concrete structure.  STAR Macro Deck also improves the flexural and tensile strength of concrete and can be applied on new and existing concrete structures. The amount of water added will vary according to the porosity, age and profile.  The average coverage rate is approximately 200-300 square feet per gallon. Drying time is roughly 30-60 minutes depending on ambient weather conditions.
