Portable Asphalt Emulsion Air Sprayer System SAEAS PU Sherwin Industries, Inc. offers this unit as a skid mounted, portable air sprayer system.  The asphalt emulstion is cold applied without the use of burners or heaters. SPECIFICATIONS 1.  Tack Pump System has a forty gallon per minute air diaphragm pump with teflon diaphragms, stainless steel balls and seats. 2.  Operating pressure from 20-120 PSI. 3.  One inch (1") inlet and outlet. 4.  One and one half (1 1/2") suction hose and pipe system to draw from a portable storage tank or 55 gallon drums. 5.  Rol-Air Model 6590 HK18 6.5 Honda gasoline engine, this is SOLD SEPERATELY. 6.  Air compressor is a single stage air pump with regulator. 7.  Manual rewinid hose reel.  Inlet connection is 1/2" male and outlet connection is 1/2" female. 8.  Supplied with 50' of 1/2" ID rubber hose. 9.  Unit comes with a standard 6' loong aluminum spray wand with a 3/4" brass ball valve reduced down to 3/8" for the spray tip. 10. Material strainer has a 7" diameter with a 5/32" steel mesh screen in a basket.  The inlet is 1 3/4" and the outlet is 1 1/4".
